Matka Kulfi is a frozen dairy dessert, it is traditional Ice cream. It is popular in India, Sri Lank, Nepal, Bangladesh. Kulfi is similar to ice cream in appearance and taste. It comes in various flavours such as mango, saffron, malai, rose, pistachio. So, the ingredients used in this recipe are thick milk, corn flour, badam mix powder for flavor, cardamom powder, sugar, chopped dry fruits like almond, pistachio, cashew nuts.

How to Make Kulfi Ice Cream
Matka Kulfi
Matka Kulfi is a frozen dairy dessert, it is traditional Ice cream recipe.
- Pan
- Matka
- 3 cup Thick Milk
- 1 tsp Corn Flour
- 2 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Badam Powder
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
- ⅓ cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Chopped dry fruits
Heat a pan and add in milk and allow it boil. Keep stirring.
Boil till it reduces to half.
Now take a small bowl and add in corn flour and water. Give a mix without lumps.
Now add in the corn flour mix to the boiling milk.
Then add in cardamom powder, sugar, chopped nuts, badam mix powder.
Give a mix and boil for another 3 minutes in low flame.
Now allow it cool completely.
And then transfer it to matka or bowl.
Keep it in freezer for 10 to 12 hours.
Finally Matka kulfi is ready to serve.
