Ingredients
½ cup Curd
3 cups Water
¼ tsp Cumin seeds
¼ tsp Ginger
2 tbsp. Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Directions
- Take a mixer jar and add in cumin seeds, ginger, coriander leaves. Ground them coarsely.
- In the same mixer jar add in thick curd and salt to taste. Again ground them coarsely and transfer it into another bowl.
- Now add in required water and give a mix.
- Then strain the buttermilk.
- Finally Masala buttermilk is ready to serve.
