Masala Butter Milk

Masala Butter Milk Masala Chaas or Spicy buttermilk is one of the healthiest and most tasty summer special recipes. Further, is a curd based drink and curd is loaded with probiotics. How to make Masala Butter Milk:

Take a mixer jar and add in cumin seeds, ginger, coriander leaves. Ground them coarsely.

  • ¼ tsp Cumin seeds

  • ¼ tsp Ginger

  • 2 tbsp. Coriander leaves

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • In the same mixer jar add in thick curd and salt to taste. Again ground them coarsely and transfer it into another bowl.
  • Now add in required water and give a mix.
  • Then strain the buttermilk.
  • Finally Masala buttermilk is ready to serve.
