Mango Salsa Recipe at home

Mango Salsa is a  sweet, spicy recipe. It is very simple and easy to make. Mango salsa goes well with chips, tacos, salads, papad, fish, chicken and even as a salad itself. So, the ingredients used in this recipe are fresh mangoes, fresh onions, freshly chopped coriander leaves, bell pepper, cucumber(optional), lime juice, jalapeno,  pepper(optional), salt to taste.

How to make Mango Salsa at home:

Mango Salsa
Firstly clean and cut ripe mango into cubes and keep it aside.

Take a bowl and add in freshly chopped onions, bell pepper, cucumber(optional), chopped coriander leaves, jalapeno minced or pepper powder, salt to taste.

Squeeze some lemon juice and give a mix.

Mango salsa is a simple and easy recipe. It is a spicy and sweet combination of recipe. It is very healthy too. It goes well with chips, tacos, fish.

  • Mixing bowl
  • 1 Ripe Mango cubes
  • 1 Medium chopped onion.
  • 1 chopped tomato.
  • ¼ cup Chopped cucumber (Optional)
  • 1 Chopped bell pepper
  • ¼ tsp Pepper powder or jalapeno minced
  • ½ tsp Lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  1. Firstly clean and cut mangoes into cubes and keep it aside.

  2. Take a bowl and add in cut mangoes, chopped onion, tomatoes, cucumber, jalapeno or pepper powder, bell pepper, chopped coriander leaves and salt to taste.

  3. Finally give a mix and serve as salad or along with fish, chicken, chips or tacos of your choice.
