Mango salsa is a simple and easy recipe. It is a spicy and sweet combination of recipe. It is very healthy too. It goes well with chips, tacos, fish.
- Mixing bowl
- 1 Ripe Mango cubes
- 1 Medium chopped onion.
- 1 chopped tomato.
- ¼ cup Chopped cucumber (Optional)
- 1 Chopped bell pepper
- ¼ tsp Pepper powder or jalapeno minced
- ½ tsp Lime juice
- Salt to taste

Firstly clean and cut mangoes into cubes and keep it aside.

Take a bowl and add in cut mangoes, chopped onion, tomatoes, cucumber, jalapeno or pepper powder, bell pepper, chopped coriander leaves and salt to taste.

Finally give a mix and serve as salad or along with fish, chicken, chips or tacos of your choice.
