- Take a mixing bowl and add in red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, kashmiri chili powder, pepper powder.
- Add in gram flour, oil, few curry leaves, salt to taste.
- Squeeze lemon juice.
- Give a mix. Masala should be thick paste like consistency.
- Add in cleaned Mackerel fish pieces.
- Give a mix. Then close the lid and allow it to marinate for 1 hour.
- Heat a pan and add in oil.
- Shallow fry the marinated fish on both the sides.
- Close the lid and allow it to cook for 2 to 3 minutes under medium flame.

1 kg Mackerel fish
1 tbsp. Red chili powder (adjust as per your spice level)
1 tsp Coriander powder
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
¼ tsp Pepper power
1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
Salt to taste

3 spring Curry leaves
2 tbsp. Oil
