How to make Egg-less Ladi Pav Recipe with pictures and instructions:

Firstly take a warm milk and add in 4 tsp sugar and give a mix.

Then add in yeast and give a mix, then allow to activate.

Close the plate and place it in a warm place and allow it activate the yeast for 5 minutes.

Add in 2tbsp of butterr and milk, then give a quick mix.

  • Mixing bowl

  • Mold or pan
  • 150 ml Warm milk
  • 1 tsp Yeast
  • 4 tsp Sugar
  • 2 cups All purpose flour or Maida
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Butter to grease
  1. Firstly activate yeast, for that take a warm milk and add in sugar, yeast and give a quick mix and close the plate and allow it activate.

  2. Now take a mixing bowl and add in butter, milk, salt and all purpose flour and then give a mix.

  3. And then add in activated yeast milk as required and give a mix.

  4. Then knead the dough for 10 to 15 minutes and then cover a cloth and allow it rise for 1 hour.

  5. After raising dough again knead the dough and make small balls.

  6. Roll them into smooth balls.

  7. And then again allow it rise into double the size for 30 minutes.

  8. And then place them inside the pan and brush milk on top of the pav.

  9. Pre-heat the oven for 10 minutes and bake them for 40 minutes under 180 degree Celsius.

  10. Finally the ladi pav is ready and them brush butter on top of the pav and serve.
