Uttappam is a healthy and tasty breakfast recipe, it goes well with coconut chutney, vegetable kurma or any gravy of your choice.
- 1 Cup Rava
- ½ cup Thick curd
- 1 Finely chopped large onion
- 1 Grated carrot
- 6 Finely chopped french beans
- 2 Chopped Green Chilies
- ½ tsp Cumin seeds
- ¼ cup Freshly chopped coriander leaves
- Few Chopped curry leaves
- Salt (As per taste)
- Water (As required)
- Oil
Take a large bowl and add in rava, curd, water, and salt as per taste.
Give a mix. Allow it rest for 20 to 30 minutes.
Take another bowl and add in chopped onions, grated carrots, chopped coriander leaves, curry leaves, chopped french beans, salt. Give a mix and keep it aside.
Take the rava mix bowl and add in cumin seeds, green chilies and all the mixed vegetable.
If required add water. Thick batter consistency.
Heat the pan or tawa and add in little oil and pour rava batter, Cook both the side.
Serve hot with coconut chutney or kurma or gravy of your choice.
