But in this recipe I have not added any sweeter, whenever I have, I’ll just sprinkle some country sugar or jaggery powder, it tastes yum yum! We can grind peanuts in a mixer jar or even in a food processor.

  • Pan
  • Mixer grinder or food rpocessor
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sugar, jaggery or honey
  • 250 grams Roasted peanuts
  • Pinch of salt
  • Adding sugar, jaggery or honey is optional or add as per your requirements
  1. Firstly dry roast peanuts and remove the skin of it and then keep it aside.

  2. Take a mixer jar or food processor, and add in roasted peanuts.

  3. Now turn on the mixer grinder for 30 seconds, you can see peanuts turn into crumbs. Give a mix with the help of the spoon.

  4. Again turn on the mixer grinder for another 20 seconds, we can see a thick paste of peanuts.

  5. Once again turn on the mixer grinder for 30 to 40 seconds, now we can see the smooth, shiny peanut butter.

  6. Finally the yummy Homemade Peanut Butter is ready to serve.
