Homemade Coconut Milk Recipe is a very healthy recipe. Coconut milk is used in curries, gravies, desserts, payasam, baking, cookies, smoothies, pulav etc.
- Mixer jar
- Large bowl
- 1 Big Coconut
- 2 cups Water
- Firstly cut the coconut and remove the fresh coconuts from the shell. Cut them into small pieces or grate them.
- Take a mixer jar and add in cut coconut pieces or grated coconuts and required water. Then ground them into smooth paste.
- Later strain it and press the coconut shred with the help of spoon.
- Finally the thick coconut milk will be collected in the bowl. And repeat the same for second and third batch and we get the thin coconut milk.
