Herb Butter Milk recipe
Herb butter milk recipe is a healthy summer special recipe. It is good for digestion and hydration.
- Mixer jar
- Bowl
- Strainer
- Hand blender
- ¼ cup Thick curd
- ⅛ tsp Crushed or chopped ginger
- Few curry leaves (optional)
- Few mint leaves
- Few coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
- Take a mixer jar and add in curd, mint leaves, curry leaves, ginger, coriander leaves and salt to taste.
- Ground them into paste.
- Add in water and strain them.
- If required add salt and water, mix them with hand blender.
- Finally the herb butter milk is ready to serve.
