VEGAN OVERNIGHT OATS
Healthy soaked oats with nuts and fruits is a very tasty and healthy recipe. It is a best breakfast recipe has it contains all the healthy ingredients that are required such as roasted oats, freshly chopped nuts such as almonds, cashew nuts, walnuts, pistachio, dates, coconut milk, jaggery powder (for sweetening), freshly chopped bananas, cardamom powder.
So, even we can add in soaked chia seeds and flax seeds to make the recipe more healthy and tasty. So, soak the roasted oats for overnight or at least for 3 hours. For better taste it is ideal to soak overnight.

VEGAN OVERNIGHT OATS
Healthy soaked oats with nuts and fruits recipe is a very healthy and tasty recipe. It is one of the best breakfast recipe.
- Mixing bowl or jar
- Spoon
- ¼ cup Roasted oats
- ¼ cup Coconut Milk/Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Jaggery Powder/Honey/Sugar
- pinch Cardamom Powder
- 2 tbsp Chopped mixed dry fruits
- 2 Chopped Banana
- pinch Salt
Take a mixing bowl and add in roasted oats, coconut milk, and give a mix and allow to soak for overnight or at least for 2 to 3 hours.
Now add in jaggery, cardamom powder and freshly chopped bananas.
Garnish it with some chopped mixed nuts of your choice.
Give a mix and ready to serve.
