Healthy Vegan Badam Or Almond Coconut Milk
Healthy Vegan Badam Coconut Milk or Almond Coconut Milk is one of the healthy and tasty recipe. We can have this badam milk hot or even cold also.
- Pan
- Mixer jar
- 1 cup Freshly cut Coconuts
- 9 to 10 Soaked almonds or badam
- 4 to 6 Pistachio
- 1½ cups Water
- ¼ cup Sugar (Add as per taste)
- 1 Cardamom pod
- 2 tbsp Chopped almonds
- Firstly soak almond and pistachio for an hour or overnight and then remove the skin of it and keep it aside.
- Now take a mixer jar and add in cut coconuts, soaked almonds and pistachio, cardamom.
- And little water and ground them into a smooth paste.
- And then drain off the coconut milk, and if required add in little water.
- Now heat the pan and add in drained coconut milk, sugar. Boil till it reaches its boiling point and immediately switch off the flame.
- Finally garnish it with chopped almonds and serve hot or cold of your choice.
