Healthy Raw Banana Pepper Fry

Raw Banana Pepper Fry is a simple and tasty side dish recipe. It can be served with samber rice or rasam rice has an accomplishment.

  • 1 Freshly Chopped Raw Banana
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • ¼ tsp Pepper Powder
  • 2 Spring Curry Leaves
  • ¼ tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Grated coconut
  • Chopped Coriander leaves
  • ¼ tsp Mustard Seeds
  • ½ tsp Channa and Urad dal
  • 2 Dry Chili
  • Pinch Turmeric Powder
  • Salt (As per taste)
  • 2 tsp Oil
  1. Fristly take a bowl of water and add the cut raw banana into the bowl.

  2. Take a pan and add in oil, mustard seeds, channa and urad dal, curry leaves, dry chili.

  3. Now add in chopped onion, pepper powder, chili powder, turmeric powder and salt.

  4. Now add in grated coconuts and chopped coriander leaves.
