Peanut oats laddu is a healthy and tasty laddu recipe. It is one of the best and healthy snack or laddu recipe.

  • Frying pan
  • Mixer grinder
  • ½ cup Peanuts
  • ½ cup Jaggery
  • ¼ cup Oats
  • 3 Cardamom
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  1. Take a pan and add in peanuts and fry till it changes its color. Allow it cool down and then remove the skin of the roasted peanuts and Keep it aside.

  2. Then fry the oats till it slightly changes its color and keep it aside.

  3. Take a mixer jar and add in roasted peanuts and oats. Ground them coarsely.

  4. Now add in grated jaggery and cardamom again ground them.

  5. Now transfer them in to another plate and add in ghee.

  6. Now make with the help of your hand make small small balls.

  7. Decorate it with cashew nuts and finally the peanut oats laddu is ready to serve.
