Drum stick flower egg burji is a healthy and tasty burji recipe. As it is filled with nutrients, it goes well with chapati, poori and even with rice too.
- 3 to 4 Eggs
- ½ cup Drum stick flowers
- 1 Big Onions
- 1 Big Tomatoes
- ⅛ tsp Chili Powder
- ⅛ tsp Pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Few Curry leaves
- Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Channa dal and urad dal
Take a pan and add in oil, mustard seeds, channa and urad dal.
Add chopped onions, curry leaves, chopped tomatoes, salt to taste.
Add in eggs, chili powder, pepper powder and salt to taste.
Keep on mixing, till the eggs are scrumbled and nicely cooked.
Now the drumstick flower egg burji is ready to serve with chapati or poori.
