Healthy Carrot Juice Recipe is one of refreshing and summer special drink recipe.
- Mixer jar
- Mixing bowl
- Serving glass
- ¼ kg. Fresh carrots
- 8 nos. Coriander leaves stem
- Ginger small piece
- 2 tbsp Honey or sugar
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 cups Water
- Pinch of salt
- Firstly clean and peel the skin of the carrots and cut them into pieces.
- Now take a mixer jar and add in cut carrots, ginger, coriander stems and required water. Grind it.
- Later strain it into another bowl.
- Then add in pinch of salt, lemon and sugar or honey. Mix well.
- Finally serve it into a serving glass. The healthy and refreshing carrot juice is ready to serve.
