Beans Carrot Side dish

Ingredients:
Fresh beans, carrot, onion, oil, mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal, green chilies, turmeric powder, roasted chana dal powder, sambar powder, curry leaves, grated coconut, salt to taste, water as required.

How to make Beans Carrot Side dish:
- Heat a pan and add in oil, mustard seeds, chana dal, and urad dal. Saute till it changes its color.
- Add chopped onions, green chilies, and hing.
- Turmeric powder, salt to taste.
- Then add in chopped beans and carrots. Close the lid and allow it to cook.
- And then add 1/4 cup grated coconut, 1 tbsp gram flour. Give a mix.
- Later add in 1 tbsp Sambar powder. Give a mix and allow it to cook for 3 minutes.
- Finally, the healthy and tasty bean carrot side dish is ready.

- 250 grams Chopped fresh beans
- 1 tbsp Oil
- ¼ tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Chana dal
- 1 tsp Urad dal
- 1 Chopped onion
- 3 Green chili
- Few Curry leaves
- 1 tbsp Gram flour
- ½ tsp Sambar powder
- ¼ cup Grated coconut
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup Water
- ⅛ tsp Turmeric powder
- Pinch of high
