Ingredients used in the Healthy Barnyard Millet Pudding are Barnyard Millet, Poha (soaked), Chopped Banana, fried Cashew nuts, fried raisins, Chia Seeds, Jaggery ( for Sweetness) even you can also use honey in the place of jaggery. To make it more helathy and tasty you can also add walnuts, dates, roasted peanuts and other dry fruits of your choice. Even fruits also you can add such as chopped mango, chopped pineapple, jackfruits, chopped apples.

Healthy Barnyard Millets Pudding (gluten free)

It is a healthy and tasty pudding, filled with natural ingredients such as dry fruits, jaggery, banana, poha, cooked millet. So, hope you all like it.

  • ¼ cup Cooked Barnyard Millets
  • 2 tsp Chia seeds(soaked)
  • 1 tbsp Jaggery Powder
  • 1 tbsp Soaked Poha
  • 3 to 4 Cahew nuts and raisins
  • ¼ Chopped banana
  1. Take glass or a bowl, add in cooked millet.

  2. Add in jaggery.

  3. Add in chia seeds.

  4. Add in soaked and drained poha.

  5. Add in jaggery, banana and fried dry fruits.

  6. Garnish it with honey if you like and serve.
