- Mixing bowl
- Tumblers to serve
- 2 Medium Gooseberries
- ½ cup Thick curd
- 4 cups Water
- Salt to taste
- Freshly chopped coriander leaves
Clean and cut the gooseberries and keep it aside.
With the help of pestle smash them and keep it aside.
Take a mixing bowl and add in smashed gooseberries, thick curd, required water, salt as per taste and some finely chopped coriander leaves.
With the healp of hand blender, give a mix and serve freshly.
