Gobi Manchurian
Gobi Manchurian is a Indo Chinese recipe or street recipe. It goes well with fried rice, tomato sauce, coffee or tea.
- Mixing bowl
- Large bottom pan
- 1 Big Cauliflower
- 2 tbsp All purpose flour or maida
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 tbsp Gram flour (Optional)
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- ½ tsp Garam masala
- ⅛ tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
- 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 3 tbsp Tomato sauce
- 2 Green chilies
- Few curry leaves
- Salt as per taste
- 2 tbsp Spring onions
- Oil as required

Firstly clean and cut cauliflower and soak them in warm water for 2 minutes and drain off and keep it aside.

Take a mixing bowl and add in all purpose flour, corn flour, gram flour(optional), chili powder, gram masala powder, kashmiri chili powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste and cut cauliflower. Then marinate it for 15 minutes.

Now heat a pan and add in oil, marinated cauliflower and fry till golden brown and keep it aside.

Heat a pan and add in oil, chopped garlic, green chilies, curry leaves, cut onions, capsicum and fried cauliflower. Then add in salt if required and then give a gentle mix.

Finally add in tomato sauce and garish it with spring onions and serve hot with tomato sauce or with coffee or tea.
