Flatten Rice Laddu, Avalakki Laddu, Poha Laddu
Flatten Rice Laddu, Avalakki Laddu, Poha Laddu is a healthy and tasty laddu recipe. It is one of the best snack recipe for kids.
- Pan
- Mixer jar
- 1 cup Flatten Rice, Poha Rice, Aval Rice, Avalakki Rice
- ½ cup Jaggery
- ½ cup Dry Coconut grated
- ¼ tsp Cardamom powder
- ½ tsp Dry ginger powder
- 1 tsp Flax seeds
- 2 tbsp Peanuts
- 2 tbsp Roasted Channa
- Pinch of Salt
- Water as required
- 2 tbsp Cashew nuts
- 1 tbsp Oil
Heat a pan and add in oil, cashew nuts, fry till golden brown. Keep it aside.
In the same pan add in flatten rice or avalakki and fry for 2 to 3 minutes in low flame. Then keep it aside.
In the same pan add in peanuts and roasted channa, fry till it slightly changes its color.
Now take a mixer jar and add in roasted flatten rice, peanuts, roasted peanuts, roasted channa and flax seeds.
Grind them in to powder, not too smooth but little coarsely. Then Keep it aside.
Heat a pan and add in little water and jaggery. Allow it to melt.
Now add in coarsely ground powder, grated coconut, cardamom powder, dry ginger powder, fried cashew nuts, ghee. Give a gentle mix and allow it cool.
Now make small balls with the help of your hands. If required add in little warm milk or hot water to make the balls.
Finally healthy and tasty flatten rice laddu, poha laddu, aval laddu, avalakki laddu is ready to serve.
