Eggless Ragi choco chip cookies is a healthy and tasty cookies recipe. It is healthy because in this recipe I have used ragi flour (finger millet) instead of all purpose flour(maida). So, the ingredients used in this recipe are ragi flour, butter, jaggery, milk, cardamom powder, baking powder, pinch of salt, chocolate chips, cashew nuts. It is crispy outside and soft inside. You can have guilt free.

Egg less Ragi Choco Chip Cookies
Egg less Ragi Choco Chip Cookies is a healthy and tasty cookie recipe. Below is the step by step pictures and instrutions are given. Enjoy the cookies guilt free.
- Oven
- Mixing bowl
- 1 cup Ragi flour
- 6 tbsp Powdered jaggery
- 2 tbsp Choco Powder
- 2 tbsp Milk
- ½ tsp Cardamom powder
- 5 tbsp Butter (At room temperature)
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- 2 tbsp Chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp Cashew nuts
- Pinch of Salt
Take a mixing bowl and add in ragi flour, baking powder, powdered jaggery, cardamom powder, choco powder and give a mix.
Now add in butter, milk, chocolate chips and cashew nuts. Give a mix.
The consistency of the dough should be not too hard not too soft.
When the dough is ready, make small balls and flatten them.
Take a cookie tray place a parchment paper and apply some butter.
Pre heat the oven under 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes.
Now place the cookies in the cookie tray and bake them for 20 minutes under 180 degree Celsius.
Finally the Egg less Ragi Choco Chip Cookies is ready to serve.
