Ingredients:
Rice: You can use long-grain rice i.e., basmati rice or jasmine rice works well to make fried rice. Though both rice is different from each other, by their texture, size, and flavor. Jasmine rice is of Thai origin, with a shorter grain than basmati rice. It is always better to avoid regular rice, as they have more starch content which may result in sticky rice.
Vegetable: I usually like to add beans, carrots, sliced capsicum may be green, red, or yellow, paneer, cabbage, mushroom, broccoli, or spring onion.
Seasoning: You can add freshly ground pepper powder, and adding Soy sauce gives a salt taste. But I usually skip adding sauce to the fried rice.

Tips to be followed to get the perfect Fried rice:
Rinsing Rice:
It is always better to rinse the rice 2 to 3 times before cooking, as it allows you to shed starch and leads to less sticky grains. All the egg bites, spices, vegetables, and salt are evenly observed and distributed throughout the dish.
To rinse we can follow two methods: One is rinsing the rice using tap water 2 to 3 times and then discarding the excess water. The second method is using a sieve or colander and then running tap water for 1 to 2 minutes by stirring with your fingers or spoon.
Resting:
Allow the rice to cool down completely to room temperature. Resting helps the rice to allow excess moisture to evaporate, and also keeps grains from sticking. Or if you are cooking it for the next day, then store it in an airtight container and refrigerate it. Any leftover rice also works well for fried rice.
Arranging:
Now keep it ready with all the ingredients necessary for cooking. Arrange in a bowls stove side, so you can cook up the dish without missing any items and not end up burning any ingredients.
Simple Planning:
Whenever you are planning for preparing fried rice, always keep it in mind to keep it simple. It is not adding too many items of vegetables or spices to get a bowl of perfect fried rice.
It is just a blend of seasoning like garlic, ginger, and pepper. And some veggies like beans, carrots, capsicum, cauliflower, peas, mushroom, and spring onion. And if you like to add some protein like chicken, eggs, fish, tofu, paneer, shrimp.
Perfect Pan:
One more important step is to use a perfect pan. For fried rice, you want to use a wok or large bottom pan. This allows the ingredients to cook evenly and quickly. It also gives room for tossing the ingredients without falling out from the pan.
Temperature:
Furthermore, make sure the wok or pan is nice and hot before adding rice and other ingredients. You want to cook together evenly and quickly, without overcooking the rice.
