  • 2 tbsp Rice Flour
  • 2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • ⅛ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required
  • ½ cup Water (Adjust according to consistency)
  1. Firstly boil the eggs and remove the shells. Cut them in round shape and keep it aside.

  2. Take a mixing bowl and add in gram flour, rice flour, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste.

  3. Add in required and give a mix without lumps.

  4. Heat oil, then dip the cut boiled eggs in gram flour batter and deep fry them till golden brown.
