Egg Bajji/Egg Bonda/Egg Pakora is a best evening snack recipe with step by step pictures and instructions are given below.
- Deep frying pan
- Mixing bowl
- 5 Boiled eggs
- 1 cup Gram Flour
- 2 tbsp Rice Flour
- 2 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- ⅛ tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required
- ½ cup Water (Adjust according to consistency)
Firstly boil the eggs and remove the shells. Cut them in round shape and keep it aside.
Take a mixing bowl and add in gram flour, rice flour, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste.
Add in required and give a mix without lumps.
Heat oil, then dip the cut boiled eggs in gram flour batter and deep fry them till golden brown.
Finally the healthy and tasty egg bajji, egg bonda, egg pakora is ready to serve.
