Dabaa Style Mushroom Gravy or Mushroom Masala
Mushroom gravy or Mushroom Masala is delicious recipe, It goes well with chapati, poori and dosa.
- 200 grams Fresh Mushrooms
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1 Tomatoes
- 5 to 6 Cashew nuts
- 8 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1 tbsp Chopped Coconuts
- 1 tsp Poppey Seeds
- 2 Cloves, Cardomum, Cinnamon Sticks and Bay leaf
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- ¾ tsp Chili powder
- ¼ tsp Garam Masala
- Pinch Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
- ¼ cup Fresh Green Peas
- 2 Dry Chili
- Coriander leaves (Garnishing)
- 1 tsp Jaggery Powder (Optional)
- Salt (As per taste)
- Water (As required)
Take a pan and add in oil, onion, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, cashew nuts, coconuts, Poppy seeds and fry for 1 to 2 minutes in low flame.
Now grind the roasted ingredients and make a paste of it.
Take a pan and add in oil, spices and grounded paste.
Now add in all the spice powders and close the lid and cook till the oil separates.
Now add in the green peas, chopped mushrooms and salt. Close the lid and cook for 2 to 3 minutes in low flame.
If required add little water and for sweetness add in jaggery (optional).
Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve with chapati, poori or dosa.
