Curry leaves thokku is a fresh and healthy recipe. Curry leaves are packed with nutrients, that may help promote overall health by providing powerful antioxidant.
- Pan
- Mixer jar
- 1 bunch Fresh Curry leaves
- 3 to 4 Dry red chilies
- Small lemon size tamarind
- 4 tsp Pepper corns
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Jaggery powder
- ¼ cup Oil
- ½ tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Urad dal
- Pinch of hing
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

Firstly wash and pat dry the curry leaves and keep it aside.

Now take a mixer jar and add in curry leaves, tamarind, pepper corns, dry red chilies.

Ground them into paste.

Now heat a pan and add in oil, hing, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal and ground curry leaves paste.

And then add in turmeric powder, jaggery powder and cook till the oil separates.

Finally the Fresh Curry Leaves Thokku is ready to serve.
