Is a very healthy chutney podi recipe. Curry leaves are used in cooking such as in curries, chutneys, rice, rasam and sambar etc. And curry leaves are also used for medicinal purposes too like kashayam.
INGREDIENTS
Fresh curry leaves, peanuts, channa dal, urad dal, cumin seeds, pepper corns, fenugreek seeds, hing, red chilies, coriander seeds, dry coconuts, salt to taste.
It has got many health benefits such as they are paked with antioxidants, promotes hair health, high in fiber and calcium, good for vision, aids in digestion etc.
Best Combo:
Curry leaf chutney podi + Idli or dosa.
Chutney Podi + Hot Rice.

CURRY LEAVES CHUTNEY PODI RECIPE
Curry leaves chutney podi or Karivepaku chutney podi is one of the healthy chutney podi recipe with step by step pictures and instructions.
- Pan
- Mixer
- 2 cups Curry leaves
- ¼ cup Peanuts
- 2 tbsp channa dal
- 2 tbsp Urad dal
- 2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Pepper corns
- ¼ tsp Fenugreek seeds
- Hing
- 7 Dry chilies
- 1 tbsp Coriander seeds
- ½ cup Dry coconut
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp Oil (Optional)

Firstly clean and dry curry leaves and keep it aside.

Then heat a pan and add in peanuts and dry roast them till golden brown and keep it aside.

And then dry roast channa dal, urad dal till golden brown.

Add in cumin seeds, pepper corns, fenugreek seeds, hing. Dry roast them and keep it aside.

Later add in dry chilies and dry roast them and keep it aside.

Further add in coriander seeds. Dry roast them and keep it aside.

Now add in curry leaves and dry roast them and keep it aside.

Slightly dry roast dry coconut and keep it aside.

Allow it cool down completely.

Take a mixer jar and add in all the roasted ingredients, ground them into coarse powder.

Grounded powder.

Finally, the curry leaves or karivepaku chutney podi is ready to serve.
