Crispy Rava Dosa
Tasty and Crispy Rava Dosa is a simple and tasty dosa recipe, it is a best breakfast recipe, it goes well with coconut chutney or peanut chutney or tomato chutney.
- 1 cup Rava
- ¼ cup Rice Flour
- 2 tbsp Wheat Flour
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 2 Chopped Green Chili
- 1 tsp Chopped Ginger
- Chopped Coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- Pinch Hing
- Salt (As per taste)
- Water (As required)
Take a bowl and add in rava, rice flour, wheat flour.
Add in chopped onion, green chili, ginger, coriander leaves.
Add in hing, cumin seeds, salt as per taste.
Add required water, should be watery in consistency.
Close the lid at least for 15 to 20 minutes.
Heat the pan and pour the batter and cook till the dosa turns golden brown.
Now flip on the other side and serve hot with any chutney of your choice.
