Rava dosa is a best breakfast recipe, it goes well with fresh coconut chutney, peanut chutney and even with tomato chutney. While preparing rava dosa the batter should be watery in consistency. After adding all the ingredients and adding water, batter should be kept at least for 15 to 30 minutes. After soaking then the batter is ready to cook. It should be cooked till it turns golden brown then flip on other side and serve with chutney of your choice.

  • 2 tbsp Wheat Flour
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 2 Chopped Green Chili
  • 1 tsp Chopped Ginger
  • Chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • Pinch Hing
  • Salt (As per taste)

  1. Take a bowl and add in rava, rice flour, wheat flour.

  2. Add in chopped onion, green chili, ginger, coriander leaves.

  3. Add in hing, cumin seeds, salt as per taste.

  4. Add required water, should be watery in consistency.

  5. Close the lid at least for 15 to 20 minutes.

  6. Heat the pan and pour the batter and cook till the dosa turns golden brown.

  7. Now flip on the other side and serve hot with any chutney of your choice.
