Ingredients
Oil 2 tbsp.
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Sliced Onion 1 big
Tomato 1 big
Few Curry leaves
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Pinch of hing
Double beans 1/2 cup (optional)
Potatoes 3 cut
Cauliflower 1 cup
Sambar powder 1 tbsp.
Water 3/4 cup (add water as per requirements)
Directions
- Heat a pan and add in oil, cumin seeds, sliced onions, few curry leaves and tomato.
- Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, salt to taste.
- Pinch of hing, sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Later add in 1/2 cup double beans.
- Further, add in potatoes and required water.
- Close the lid and allow it to cook.
- Once the potatoes are 1/2 cooked later add in sambar powder and cauliflower florets.
- Give a mix. Then close the lid and allow it to cook till the vegetables are completely cooked.
- Now the tasty aloo gobi masala curry is ready to serve.
