HOW TO MAKE CARROT JOWAR CUP CAKE:

Take a bowl and add in egg, oil, vanilla essence and give a mix.

Carrot Jowar Cup Cake is a healthy and tasty cup cake recipe with step by step instructions and pictures are given below.

  • ¼ cup Jowar Flour
  • ¼ cup All purpose flour
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • ⅛ tsp Baking Soda
  • ¼ tsp Baking Powder
  • ⅛ tsp Vanilla essence
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Tutti Frutti
  1. First pre heat the oven for 180 degree celsius for 10 minutes.

  2. Take a bowl and add in egg, oil, vanilla essence. Give a mix.

  3. Add in jowar flour, maida, baking soda, baking powder, pinch of salt, powdered sugar. Give a mix.

  4. Add in grated carrot and tutti frutti (optional). Give a gentle mix without lumps.

  5. Take a cup cake mold and grease them with oil or butter and pour the cake batter.

  6. Now bake them under 180 degree celsius for 25 minutes.

  7. Now the healthy and tasty carrot jowar cup cake us ready to serve.
