How to make Carrot Bread Sandwich
Carrot Bread Sandwich
Carrot bread sandwich is a healthy sandwich recipe. It goes well with green chutney, tomato sauce. It is a best breakfast, brunch and lunch box recipe.
- Pan
- Tawa
- 2 cups Grated Carrots
- 12 Bread Slices
- 1 Chopped Onions
- 1 Sliced Onions
- 1 Sliced Tomatoes
- Butter as required
- 1 tbsp Oil
- ⅛ tsp Mustard seeds
- ⅛ tsp Cumin seeds
- 2 Chopped green chilies
- Pinch of turmeric powder
- Salt as per taste
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
- Salt and pepper as required
For Carrot Stuffing
Heat a pan and add in oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, allow it to splutter.
Then add in chopped green chilies, chopped onions, salt as required and give a mix. Fry for 1 minute in low flame.
Now add in grated carrots. And then close the lid and cook for another 5 to 8 minutes in low flame.
Finally garnish it with chopped coriander leaves. Give a mix and keep it aside.
For Assembling Sandwich
Heat a tawa or a pan and then add in butter and toast the bread on both the side.
Take a serving plate and place the toasted bread and spread some butter or green chutney or tomato sauce.
Now add in carrot stuffing, sliced tomatoes, sliced onions and finally sprinkle some salt and pepper on it.
Finally carrot bread sandwich is ready to serve.
