Butter scotch cake

Butter Scotch cake is a yummy and delicious cake recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Ingredients used in this recipe are all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla essence, butter, curd, condensed milk,  sugar, nuts, pinch of salt.For frosting we need vanilla whipping powder, powdered sugar, water, yellow food color. For Praline we need sugar, water, butter and chopped nuts.

How to make Eggless Butter Scotch Cake:

Take a mixing bowl and add in powdered sugar, butter.

Add in condensed milk and give a mix.

Now add in maida, baking soda, baking powder, pinch of salt and sieve them.

Now add in vanilla extract and give a mix.

 

Now the cake batter is ready.

Now place a butter paper and apply little oil.

Pour the cake batter and tab the cake tin.

Bake under 180 degree Celsius for 45 minutes.

How to make Praline:

Heat a pan and add in little water and sugar, allow it to melt and caramelized sugar till golden brown.

When the sugar caramelized then add in chopped nuts and butter scotch essence and then switch off the flame.

Carefully pour it on the butter paper and allow it cool down completely.

How to make Frosting or Cream:

Take a bowl and add in vanilla frosting powder or cream, butter scotch essence, milk or water and yellow food color and blend them till you get the cream consistency and refrigerate it for 15 minutes and ready to decorate.

Egg less Butter Scotch Recipe.

  • Large bottom pan
  • Cake Mold
  • 1 cup All purposes flour
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 4 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • ¼ cup Condensed Milk
  • ½ cup Curd
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Vanilla essence
  • Pinch of Salt

Whipping Cream

  • 1 cup Vanilla Whipping Powder
  • ¼ cup Powdered Sugar
  • ½ cup Water
  • Pinch Yellow Food color

Praline

  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • ¼ cup Chopped nuts

Making Egg less Sponge cake

  1. Take a mixing bowl and add in powdered sugar, butter, condensed milk, vanilla essence and give a mix. And then add in maida, baking soda, baking powder, pinch of salt and sieve them. Give a mix without any lumps.

  2. Now the cake batter is ready. Now place a butter paper and apply little oil. Pour the cake batter and tab the cake tin.
