Banana Walnut Plum Cake /No Alcohol

Banana walnut plum cake or Wheat Banana Plum Cake is a healthy cake recipe, usually plum cakes are baked by soaking the dry fruits in rum or in orange juice for 1 to 2 days. But this is really very simple, no soaking is required you can make it directly, but really tastes good and no doubt healthy too. So, the ingredients used in this recipe are whole wheat, ripe banana, vanilla essence, baking soda, baking powder, Oil or butter, eggs, pinch of salt, cocoa powder, water or milk, walnuts, tutti frutti, cinnamon powder, sugar, choco chips.

Banana Walnut Plum Cake – No Alcohol

Banana Walnut Plum Cake – No Alcohol is a delicious and a healthy plum cake recipe. Very easy to make, no soaking is required.

  • Mixing bowl
  • Cake Pan
  • Oven
  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Big ripe banana
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • ¼ tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp Cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup Oil or Butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ Chopped Walnuts
  • 2 tbsp Tutti Frutti
  • 1 tbsp Choco Chips
  • ¼ cup Water
  1. Take a mixing bowl and add in ripe banana and smash them.

  2. Add in Vanilla essence and give a mix.

  3. Add in oil and egg, give a quick mix.

  4. Then add in whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, powdered sugar and a pinch of salt.

  5. Add in cinnamon powder, cocoa powder and give a mix without any lumps.

  6. Add in water or milk if required. Then give a gentle mix. Keep it aside.

  7. Now grease the pan with oil or butter, then align with parchment paper.

  8. Then pour the prepared plum cake mix.

  9. On top of the cake add in chopped walnuts, tutti frutti, choco chips.

  10. Then Pre heat the oven for 10 minutes under 180 degree Celsius and bake the cake for 30 minutes under 180 degree Celsius.

  11. Finally the delicious and healthy Banana Walnut Plum Cake is ready to serve.
