Banana Ragi Cocoa Mug Cake is a simple and tasty cake even healthy too. No artificial color, no artificial flavor, no maida i.e., all purposes flour, no butter, no milk. Ingredients used in this recipe are Banana, Ragi flour i.e., Finger millet, Cocoa powder, Oil, pinch Salt, Country Sugar, Jaggery, Dry fruits i.e., Almond, Pistachio.

Instead of ragi flour you can replace it with wheat flour or jowar flour too. It takes hardly 5 minutes to prepare this banana ragi mug cake. I have added country sugar 1 tbsp and jaggery 1 tbsp so, if you want you can add 2 tbsp of jaggery only. Instead of adding both any one you can add.

Banana Ragi Mug Cake

It is the simple and healthy banana ragi cake recipe. Ingredients used all are natural, no maida, no artificial falvour, no artificial color.

  • 2 tbsp Ragi flour
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tbsp Country Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Jaggery Powder
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • ½ Small banana smashed
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • ¼ tsp Baking soda
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Chopped dry fruits
  1. Take a mug and add in Ragi flour.

  2. Smash the banana.

  3. Add in country sugar.

  4. Add in jaggery powder.

  5. Add in Cocoa Powder.

  6. Add in baking soda and baking powder.

  7. Add in oil.

  8. Add in smashed banana. Give a gentle mix. Bake for 1 to 2 minutes. Allow to cool.

  9. Finally garnish it with dry fruits.
