Wheat Christmas loaf plum cake is a healthy cake recipe. It is a no egg, no maida, no alcohol cake recipe with step by step pictures and instructions.
- Mixing bowl
- Oven
- Loaf pan
Caramel Sugar syrup
- ½ cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Water
Infused fruits and nuts
- ½ cup Mixed nuts of your choice
- 2 tbsp Tutti frutti
- ⅓ cup Orange juice
Baking
- 1 cup Whole wheat
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- ½ tsp Vanilla essence
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp Cinnamon powder
- ¼ tsp Dry ginger powder
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Pinch of salt
- Water or milk (If required)

Firstly make caramel sugar syrup and infused fruits, nuts mix and keep it aside.

Now take a mixing bowl and add in butter, curd, vinegar, vanilla essence, prepared caramel sugar syrup and give a mix.

Now add in all the dry ingredients, infused fruits and nuts.

Give a mix without any lumps.

Transfer the prepared cake batter to a loaf pan and decorate it with dry fruits.

Now pre heat the oven for 10 minutes and bake for 45 to 50 minutes under 180 degree Celsius.
