Peanut Burfi Recipe(No Sugar)

Peanut Burfi Recipe with step by step pictures and instructions are given below. It is one of the healthiest sweet recipe. It takes only few minutes to prepare with minimum ingredients available in our kitchen. So, the ingredients used in this recipe are roasted peanuts, jaggery, ghee, cashew nuts, water, pinch of salt, any energy powder or sattu powder.

How to make Peanut Burfi:

Peanut chikki
Firstly heat a pan and add in little water.

 

Add in jaggery and allow it to melt.

Boil till you get one string consistency.

Dry roast peanuts and remove the skin.

Ground them into a powder.

Now add in grounded peanut powder and give a mix without any lumps.

Along with that add in energy powder or sattu powder and give a mix.

Now add in fried cashew nuts and give a mix.

Transfer it to the mold and allow it rest for 30 minutes.

Finally the Peanut burfi or chikki is ready to serve.

Peanut Burfi

Peanut burfi is a healthy and tasty burfi recipe. It is very simple and easy to make with minimum ingredients available in our kitchen.

  • Pan
  • Grinder
  • Mold
  • 1 cup Peanuts
  • ¼ cup Water
  • ½ cup Jaggery (Adjust according to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Any energy powder or sattu powder.
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • Few cashew nuts
  • Pinch of salt
  1. Firstly heat a pan and dry roast peanuts and keep aside to cool down completely.

  2. Then remove the skin and ground them into a smooth powder.

  3. Then heat a pan and add in water, jaggery and allow it boil till we get one string consistency.

  4. And then add in powdered peanuts, energy powder, sattu powder, pinch of salt and give a mix without any lumps.

  5. Now add in fried cashew nuts, ghee and give a mix.

  6. Transfer it into another mold and allow it to cool down completely.

  7. Finally the peanut burfi is ready to serve.
