Palak Dosa is a very healthy and tasty dosa recipe, instead of having plain dosa we can have them by adding different vegetables like palak, carrot, onions, tomato etc., obviously more healthy and tasty too.

Palak or Spinach Dosa
Healthy Palak or Spinach Dosa is a one of the best breakfast recipe goes well with drumstick sambar, chutney powder, any chutneys, potato palya or masala.
- Mixer jar
- Tawa
- 1 cup Palak or Spinach dosa
- 2 cups Dosa Batter
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 inch Ginger
- 3 Green chilies
- Salt to taste
- Water as required

Firstly clean and cut palak and spinach and keep it aside.

Take a mixer jar and add in cumin seeds, green chilies, ginger, palak, salt to taste.

Ground them into paste.

And then mix them into the dosa batter.

Finally start preparing dosa and serve hot with chutneys, aloo masala etc.
