I and my son personally like to have with poori. It has got the mild flavor not too spicy. Potato Sagu, Aloo Sagu
Potato sagu is a healthy and tasty side dish recipe for poori, chapathi, dosa with step by step pictures and instructions.
- Pan
- 3 to 4 Boiled Potatoes
- 1 tbsp Oil
- ½ tsp Cumin seeds
- ¼ tsp Mustard Seeds
- Pinch of turmeric powder
- Ltlle hing
- 1 Big sliced onion
- 2 Green chilies
- ¼ cup Frozen peas
- 2 tsp Gram flour
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
- Chopped coriander leaves

Firstly boil the potatoes and peel the skin, smash them and keep it aside.

Now heat a pan and add in the given ingredients and cook till onions becomes transparent.

Now take a small bowl and add in gram flour and water, then give a mix and make a paste of it.

Now add in frozen peas and boiled and smashed potatoes, allow it boil.

And then add in gram flour paste and enough water and cook for one minute.

Finally garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
