EGG LESS CHOCOLATE SPONGE CAKE – NO OVEN, CONDENSED MILK
Egg less chocolate sponge cake is again a simple cake recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. So, the ingredients used in this recipe are maida, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, thick curd, milk, vinegar, vanilla essence, oil, pinch of salt.

It is always important to follow the recipe,
Ingredients should be in room temperature,
Use good quality ingredients not the out dated once,
Ingredients should be properly measured.
Don’t over mix the batter as it becomes tough and rubbery, instead mix slowly and gently.
Grease the cake pan with butter or oil, before baking
Further use good quality cupcake liners
Preheat the oven before baking.
While baking oven should be in right temperature.
Before unmolding the cakes, insert tooth pick or fork at the center of the cake, and if the tooth pick comes out clean then they are done.
After unmolding allow the cakes to completely cool down.
Store them in a air tight container and refrigerate it properly.

To make cakes fluffy is to incorporate air. This can be done by beating egg whites separately from the yolks and slowly incorporating into the batter. So, that it helps to retain the air bubbles created while beating the egg whites.

Egg less chocolate sponge cake is a simple and tasty recipe with step by step pictures and instructions.
- Mixing bowl
- Large bottom pan or Oven
- Cake Mold
- 1½ cup Maida or all purpose flour
- ½ cup Oil
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- ½ tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ½ tsp Vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt

Firstly grease the cake pan with oil or butter and place a butter paper and keep it aside.

Take a mixing bowl and add in all the wet ingredients. Give a mix and keep aside for five minutes. Note: Milk should be in room temperature.

Then add in all the dry ingredients. Give a mix without any lumps.

Now pour the cake batter into the cake tin and place the cake mold into the pre heated large bottom pan or oven and bake them for 45 to 50 minutes in medium flame.

After baking completely allow the cake to cool down completely.

Then cut them into 2 to 3 layers and decorate it according to your choice.
