Raw Mango Gojju
Raw Mango Gojju is a tasty and healthy recipe. Mix with rice and serve hot with pakoda, papads.
- Large bottom pan
- 2 Big Raw mango (Tothapuri)
- 1 Big Chopped Onions
- Curry leaves
- ½ cup Oil
- ½ tsp Mustard seeds
- 2 tbsp Urad dal
- 2 tbsp Channa dal
- ½ cup Peanuts
- 8 Green chilies (Adjust according to your taste)
- 2 tbsp Cumin seeds powder
- Salt to taste
- ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
- ⅛ tsp Hing
- 2 tsp Jaggery

Firstly grate the raw mango and keep it aside.

Then heat a pan and add in oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, channa dal, peanuts and fry till it slightly changes its color.

And then add in green chilies, onions, hing and turmeric powder. And till the onions turns transparent.

And then add in grated raw mangoes and salt to taste. Then cook till the raw smell of the mango goes.

And then add in cumin powder and jaggery.

Give a mix and cook for one minutes and switch off the stove.

Finally the raw mango gojju is ready to serve with rice.
