How to make Ladies Finger Pakodas, Bhindi Pakodas, Okra Pakodas:

Firstly clean and cut ladies finger into small pieces and then fry them with little oil till the sticky property of the okra goes and then keep it aside.

And then add in gram flour, rice flour, chili powder, coriander powder, curry leaves and salt to taste.

 

Add little water and give a mix.

Heat the oil and drop the pakodas with the help of spoon or hand.

Deep fry them till golden brown and crispy.

Fry them in medium flame till golden brown.

Crispy Ladies Finger Pakoda

Crispy Ladies Finger Pakoda is a simple, healthy and tasty snack recipe. It can be served with coffee or tea, or along with rice etc. It is very simple to make with few ingredients.

  • Mixing bowl
  • Pan
  • 250 grams Fresh Ladies finger
  • 4 tbsp Gram flour
  • 1 tbsp Rice flour(for crisp) (Optional)
  • 2 tsp Chili powder (Adjust according to taste)
  • ½ tsp Coriander powder
  • Few curry leaves
  • Salt as per taste
  • Water as required
  • Oil for frying
  1. Firstly clean and cut ladies finger.

  2. Then heat a pan and add in little oil and cut ladies finger and fry till it becomes dry or sticky property of the okra goes. And then allow it cool down completely.

  3. Now take a bowl and add in fried ladies finger, gram flour, rice flour, chili powder, coriander powder, salt to taste and few curry leaves. If required add little water.

  4. Heat a pan and add in oil and then add in the pakodas with the help of your hands or spoon.

  5. Deep fry them till golden brown in a medium flame.

  6. Finally transfer it into another bowl and serve hot with coffee, tea or with samber rice as an accomplishment.
