Spicy Mutton Liver Fry
Mutton liver fry or semi gravy recipe is a simple and tasty recipe, goes well with rice, roti.
- Large bottom pan
- 250 grams Mutton liver fry
- 1 Big onion
- 1 Big tomato
- 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Chili powder (Adjust according to your spicy level)
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- ¼ cup Mint, coriander and fenugreek leaves
- Salt to taste
- ⅓ cup Frozen green peas
- 2 tbsp Oil

Firstly clean liver in water and keep it aside.

Heat a pan and add in oil, chopped onions, tomatoes and saute it 2 minutes.

Then add in liver and all the spice powders, green peas, mint leaves, coriander leaves and fenugreek leaves. Give a mix.

Add in required salt and water.

And then close the lid and cook for 20 to 25 minutes in low flame.

Finally mutton liver fry is ready to serve with roti or rice.
