Garlic fried rice or chili fried rice is a healthy and tasty and a very simple recipe. It is very easy to make with less ingredients which are readily available in our kitchen.
- Pan
- 1 cup Cooked rice
- 12 pods Finely chopped garlic
- 4 Finely chopped green chilies
- Few curry leaves
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
- Chopped coriander leaves (for garnishing)

Heat a pan and add in oil, chopped garlic, chopped green chilies, curry leaves.

And then add in chopped green chilies.

Fry till golden brown.

Then add in cooked rice and salt to taste. Give a mix.

Finally garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
