Coconut Chutney Podi
Coconut chutney podi is a very healthy and simple chutney podi recipe goes well with rice, dos, idli. It is very easy to make.
- Mixer jar
- 1 cup Dry Coconut copped or grated
- 4 to 5 Red Chilies (Adjust accoridng to taste)
- 1 tbsp Kashmiri Chili powder or whole
- 6 to 7 Garlic pods
- Salt to taste
Take a mixer jar and add in chopped or grated dry coconut, red chilies, garlic, kashmiri chili or powder, salt to taste.
Grind them in to smooth powder.
Store them in air tight container and refridgerate it and use whenever needed.
