Wheat Bread Paneer Upma

Wheat Bread Paneer Upma is one of the best breakfast recipe and evening snack recipe. It goes well with tomato sauce.

  • Pan
  • Tawa
  • 4 Slice Wheat bread
  • ½ cup Paneer cubed
  • 1 Finely chopped carrot
  • 1 Finely chopped capsicum
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Chopped Tomatoes
  • Pinch of Turmeric powder
  • Pinch of hing
  • ½ tsp Chili powder
  • ½ tsp Coriander powder
  • ¼ tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • ¼ tsp Cumin seeds
  1. Heat a tawa add in butter and toast the bread on both the sides and allow it cool.

  2. Cut the bread in to small pieces. Keep it aside.

  3. Heat the pan and add in oil, cumin seeds, pinch of hing.

  4. Now add in chopped onions, tomatoes. Close the lid and cook for 2 minutes in low flame.

  5. Now add in chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt to taste. Give a mix.

  6. Add in finely chopped carrots, capsicum and cubes paneer. Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes in low flame.

  7. Finally add in toasted bread and give a gentle mix. Close the lid and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes in low flame.

  8. Now the tasty wheat bread paneer upma is ready to serve.

Methods: How to make Wheat Bread Paneer Upma

Heat a pan and add in oil, cumin seeds, tumeric powder, hing, chopped onions, tomatoes.
Add in chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, finely chopped carrots, and capsicums. Close the lid and cook for five minutes in low flame.
