Multigrain Idly is a healthy and delicious idly recipe. It goes well with coconut chutney, peanut chutney, mint chutney, tomato chutney, samber etc,. So, the ingredients used in this recipe are idly rice, jowar, whole ragi, urad dal, fenugreek seeds, poha, salt as per taste, water as required. So, it is one of the best and healthy break fast recipe. It is really very simple and easy to make, So, initially soak all the above ingredients for 8 hours or overnight, then grind them according to idly batter consistency and allow them to ferment for 6 to 8 hours or overnight. Add in salt and give a mix. Finally the healthy multigrain idly batter is ready to cook delicious idlis.

Healthy Multigrain Idly
Multigrain Idly is a healthy and delicious idly recipe goes well with any chutney or samber of your choice.
- ½ Cup Idly Rice
- ½ Cup Whole Ragi
- ½ Cup Jowar
- ½ cup Urad dal
- ⅓ cup Poha
- 1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
- 1 tbsp Salt
- Water as required
Take a bowl and add in rice, jowar, ragi, urad dal, poha, fenugreek seeds and required water and allow it to soak for 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
After soaking take a mixer jar or in grinder add in the soaked ingredients and grind them according to idly batter.
Now add in required salt and then allow it to ferment for 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
Finally the Multigrain Idly batter is ready to prepare idlis.
