Finger Millet or Ragi Muffins ರಾಗಿ ಮಫಿನ್ಗಳು
Finger Millet or Ragi Muffins is a healthy and tasty muffins recipes, with step by step instructions and pictures are given below.
- ½ Cup Ragi flour or Finger Millet flour
- 1 tbsp All purpose flour
- ¼ tsp Baking Soda
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ¾ tsp Choco Powder
- ¼ Cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 tbsp Oil
- ⅛ tsp Vanilla essence
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 Egg
- ¼ Cup Water
- 2 tbsp Chopped dry fruits (Garnish)
- 1 tbsp Choco chips
- 1 tsp Tutti Frutti (Optional)
Take a mixing bowl and add in eggs, oil, vanilla essence and give a mix.
Now add in ragi flour, maida, baking soda, baking powder, powdered sugar, pinch of salt, choco powder. Give a mix.
Add in required water and give a gentle mix without lumps.
Now add in tutti frutti, dry fruits and choco chips and give a mix.
Pre heat the oven for 5 minutes under 180 degree Celsius.
Pour the muffin batter in the muffin mold and garnish it with chopped dry fruits, choco chips. Bake them for 15 minutes under 180 degree Celsius.
