Barbeque Drumstick Spicy Chicken is a very tasty and delicious barbeque chicken recipe. Usually I love to eat barbeque recipes because in barbeque we will not use more oil, i.e., there is no deep fry. So, it is very healthy to have barbeque recipes. Usually in barbeque recipes we can make recipes like barbeque chicken, mutton, whole chicken, tandoori chicken, even we can barbeque mushrooms, capsicum, paneer, tomato, onions, boneless fish, prawns, corns etc., likewise it depends on the peoples tastes. Some a like vegetarian and some may like non-vegetarian.
So, here in this recipe, the ingredients I have used are fresh drumstick chickens, onions, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, coriander powder, kashmiri chili powder (for color), fresh mint leaves (optional), coriander leaves(optional), roasted channa(coating), salt as per taste, lemon juice.
Make a paste of the above ingredients and keep it aside. Now take a drumstick chicken and with the help of knife make some strips, so that when you apply the masala it helps to observe fully. So, after applying the masala paste let marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Then cook the chicken on charcoal barbeque grill or on dosa tawa or in oven according to your convenience.

Barbeque Drumstick Spicy Chicken
Barbeque Drumstick Spciy Chicken is a tasty and delicious chicken recipe. It is very simpek to make with minimum ingredients at home.
- 6 Fresh drumstick chicken
- 1 Onion (optional)
- 2 tsp Chili powder (adjust according to your spice level)
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- Few Mint and Coriander leaves
- pinch Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt (As per taste)
- 1 tbsp Roasted channa
- Oil (As required)
Firstly take the drumstick chickens and clean them and make a strips on it, so that the masalas are observed. Then keep it aside.
Take a mixer jar and add in onion, chili powder, coriander powder, kashmiri chili powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, mint and coriander leaves, lemon juice, salt as per taste and roasted channa for coating. Make a paste and keep it aside.
Now take the chicken and start applying the grounded paste and allo it marinate or rest it for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Then after resting cook the chicken on charcoal barbeque grill or dosa tawa, or oven according to your conveience.
Now the barbeque drumstick spicy chicken is ready to serve. It can be served with mint chutney along with some freshly chopped onions, cucumbers and carrots.
- Even we can add thick curd to the masala, but here I have not used any dairy products.
