Healthy Mango Wheat Cake

Healthy Mango wheat cake is a simple, tasty and healthy cake recipe, I have not used maida i.e., all purpose flour here instead I have used wheat flour, and for sweetness I have used country sugar, fresh mango puree, baking soda, baking powder, oil, pinch of salt. So, it is best snack for kids. Even I have not used any artificial color or any artificial essence.

My intention is to make the cake more healthy and tasty. Like instead of maida I would like to use wheat flour, ragi flour or jowar flour, so that we can have guilt free. And instead of sugar I would like to use country sugar, jaggery, dates syrup, coconut sugar. Instead of using artificial essence we can use natural fruits puree or juice. And even we can add chopped dry fruits too. Adding dry fruits not only make the cake healthier but also tasty too. Especially for kids it is very important give healthy food and snacks. So it better to avoid as must as possible artificial sweeteners, colors and essences.
