Oats Banana Pan Cake Recipe
It is the simple and healthy oats banana pan cake, it can be served as a breakfast.
- 1 cup Roasted Oats
- ½ cup Wheat flour
- 1 tbsp Jaggery powder
- ½ tsp Cinnamon powder
- ¼ tsp Baking soda
- Pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Ripe banana
- Water or Milk (As required)
- 1 tbsp Dry fruits of your choice (chopped) (Optional)
Fristly dry roast the oats. Low flame for 1 minutes.
Take a blender and add in banana, roasted oats, baking soda, jaggery, cinnamon powder, egg.
Make a paste or batter and shift it to another bowl.
Add in vanilla essence, pinch salt and give a gentle mix.
Keep a pan on the flame and pour batter and cook on both the sides.
Top it on with honey and dry fruits and serve.
