Ingredients
Gram Flour or Besan flour 2 cups
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Ajwain 1/2 tsp
Hing 2 pinch
Oil for deep frying
Water as required
Directions
- In a mixing bowl first mix besan flour, turmeric powder, ajwain.
- 2 Pinch of hing. Salt to taste.
- Add water as needed to form a soft dough. Dough should not be too hard or too loose.
- Fill the sev press with prepared dough.
- Now heat oil and squeeze over hot oil. Cook over medium flame.
- Drain once bubble ceases.
- Finally, Sev bhujia is ready to heat.
